Office Fun

On 29th October 2011 we had a fun friday at work, were in we had to decorate our work space with a theme.

It happened log time back, but couldn't take the fun we had off my mind so thought will share those pics

Me and my friend Tanya had selected a forest theme and made this..

that's the pic from a top angel to show the whole view of our workspace

this was the moniter which we made of crushed newspaper  and painted them to look like a rock, and put some paper flowers and leaves around

thats me and Tanya Dsouza

the hanging branches are made of paper, curry leaves, creap paper and i stuck them with staplers and glue

This is mine water falls arrangement that we made, along with some water lillies. I like those lilly i made.

and thats the grass (doesn't look like grass) but decorated with the crib animals that my friend got for christmas :LOL

We had loads of fun and not to forget won a 1000 rupees price for it and ended up with a pizza treat :)

The Road Not Taken

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

wonderful feeling

Lines that caught my eye from a fellow blogger's blog that made me decide to post a comment on every blog i visit. :)

You know, why bother blogging when no one pays attention unless I stop by their blog and leave a link to mine, except my sister, so thank you Ann, kinda days! But whatever I do it cause I enjoy it actually. Hopefully someone at least reads this stuff, if not takes the time to comment. I do want to say though, every post I read I leave a comment on :) I think comments are awesome! So there! lol

Thanks Tanyia

My past life analysis :LOL

MY past life diagnosis:

I was female in my last earthly incarnation, born somewhere in the territory of modern South Japan around the year 1200. And my profession was that of a trainer or holder of fine animals, such as birds..

My brief psychological profile in my past life:
Person with huge energy, good in planning and supervising. If you were just garbage-man, you were chief garbage-man.

The lesson that my last past life brought to my present incarnation:
You are bound to learn to understand other people and to meet all difficulties of life with a joyful heart. You should help others by bringing them a spirit of joy.

You can try your with the below link

Wonderful email i came across

a beautiful article:
he woman in your life...very well expressed...
Tomorrow you may get a working woman,
but you should marry her with these facts as well.
Here is a girl, who is as much educated as you are;
Who is earning almost as much as you do;
One, who has dreams and aspirations just as
you have because she is as human as you are;
One, who has never entered the kitchen in her life just like you or your
Sister haven't, as she was busy in studies and competing in a system
that gives no special concession to girls for their culinary achievements
One, who has lived and loved her parents & brothers & sisters, almost as
much as you do for 20-25 years of her life;
One, who has bravely agreed to leave behind all that, her home, people who love her, to adopt your home, your family, your ways and even your family ,name
One, who is somehow expected to be a master-chef from day #1, while you sleep oblivious to her predicament in her new circumstances, environment and that kitchen
One, who is expected to make the tea, first thing in the morning and cook
food at the end of the day, even if she is as tired as you are, maybe more,
and yet never ever expected to complain; to be a servant, a cook, a mother,
a wife, even if she doesn't want to; and is learning just like you are as
to what you want from her; and is clumsy and sloppy at times and knows that you won't like it if she is too demanding, or if she learns faster than you;
One, who can be late from work once in a while when deadlines, just like yours, are to be met;
One, who is doing her level best and wants to make this most important,
relationship in her entire life a grand success, if you just help her some
and trust her;
One, who just wants one thing from you, as you are the only one she knows in your entire house - your unstinted support, your sensitivities and most importantly - your understanding, or love, if you may call it.
Please appreciate "HER"
